Pakistani nationals holding Pakistani passports (irrespective of dual nationality, if any) cannot enter India through Goa. Please note that legislation imposed by the Indian Government prevents holders of Indian Passports travelling on charter flights from the UK to Goa.
Please note Sri Lankan, Nepalese and Bangladeshi nationals are prohibited from travelling on charter flights, unless accompanying their UK passport holding spouse.
Indian Authorities require customers to travel by return flights on the same airline - one-way flights are not permitted. If you check-in at the airport without proof of your return ticket with Thomas Cook you will be refused travel with no refund given.
There should be a gap of at least 2 MONTHS between visits to India for foreign nationals holding Tourist Visas with multiple entry facility. If any foreign national is required to visit the country again within a period of 2 months of his last departure, special permission should be obtained. A photocopy of your passport is required upon check in at your hotel. Due to many hotels not having photocopying facilities, we suggest that guests provide this copy to assist reception staff on arrival.
Either on the aircraft or upon arrival in Goa all guests are given a disembarkation form to complete. Once you arrive, the fully completed form needs to be handed in at the Immigration counter before collecting your luggage. Please remember to keep the completed return disembarkation section safe, as you will need this to check in upon your return.
